Job Purpose: | ||
The master trainer provides advisory support to develop training materials to ensure whether overall development of curriculum and required materials have been conducted professionally and in a good quality and will deliver technical & vocational training to the expert trainees in order to elevate their capacity and proficiency. | ||

Job Requirements: | ||
The shoe making master trainer is supposed to be a skillful person who has superior qualifications, skills and experiences compared to their fellow counterparts in the market and is famous for being an expert in that occupation. The master trainer in this vocation must possess advanced skills in production and training of making various types of shoes at a professional level.
